Vita for iPhone · Practical guides
How this website measures reach.
We count public page views and clicks to the App Store to understand which pages help people discover Vita.
What these counters record
A public page label, whether it was viewed or its App Store link was clicked, a broad source category such as Google, Bing or direct, and the event time. The counter does not keep your IP address, full referring URL, search query, cookies, account details or a visitor identifier. It does not read conversations, uploads or app activity.
These are event counts, not a count of unique people. Repeat visits can count again; some browsers block measurement. The script respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Where the counts go
Events go to Vita’s own website server. Raw counter logs are rotated and retained for up to 30 days, with a size limit. A private report summarizes those counts for the site owner. No advertising network receives these events.
App Store links
Download links can include a page-specific campaign label and Apple’s provider token. Apple uses those labels for aggregated campaign reporting under its own privacy rules. A click on this website does not establish that an app was installed.
Trying the web chat
The optional chat loads only when you open it. It starts a separate Vita session and follows the app’s privacy policy, including how messages and saved context are processed. Website counters do not read that conversation.
