Keep the thought. Find it later.
A useful second brain gives you somewhere to put a detail, a way to find it again, and a next step when something needs doing. Start with one real conversation in Vita.
Save the detail and what it belongs to
A note is easier to use later when it includes a person, project or purpose. Tell Vita which appointment a note came from, who a recommendation was for, or why a deadline matters. You can type or speak without setting up folders first. For example: “The repair shop said to bring the receipt when I collect the laptop.” This is an example to try, not a claim that anything has already been saved.
Give a memory a next step
A saved detail and a reminder do different jobs. If you need a prompt at a particular time, ask Vita to create one and check the resulting task. A checklist keeps several actions together. In the iPhone app, review the task and its device status to see whether it has reached your connected Reminders list. See how reminders and checklists work.
Ask about it in your own words
Later, try “What did the repair shop ask me to bring?” A person, topic or approximate date can help when there are several similar notes. Vita uses relevant saved context; it does not reread every document in full on every message. Keep original documents for details that need exact wording, and check the source when the answer matters.
Review the picture Vita has of you
Open Your life and What Vita remembers to review saved memories. Use Correct when a detail changes and Forget when you no longer want a memory kept. You can also explain a correction in chat. An AI interpretation can be mistaken, so these controls let you inspect and maintain the information you rely on.
Bring notes and documents along
Share text, photos or documents into Vita, or save a note in the app. Supported PDFs can be searched after their text has been extracted; you can open the source page to check it. Scans need readable text, and image quality affects extraction. A successful upload does not mean every page has been understood.
Make everyday life admin easier to pick up again
Shopping, appointments and household follow-up often leave small details scattered across conversations. Keeping a list, its reason and its reminder together can reduce what you have to hold in your head. Start with one collection, one appointment or one list, then return to that conversation when the plan changes. Explore everyday planning with Vita.
